Strategic engagement advising and support for virtual public meeetings to engage the community and gather input to inform the development of a Community Social Safety Plan.
District of Squamish, CLImB Project, June 2017 - March 2018

Working with the CAO and through a cascading approach involving senior managers, management and supervisors developed the unique CLImB employee engagement process and program to foster a culture of innovation, demonstrate continual improvement in customer service and efficiency involving current projects.

Town of Qualicum Beach, March 2015 - September 2017

Provided ongoing strategic engagement advice, facilitated stakeholder workshops and public information meetings for the development of the Waterfront Master Plan and a separate Official Community Plan review process.

School District 38: Richmond, March 2015 - December 2016

Trustees need to make a decision on which schools to close to ensure facilities are used in an effective and fiscally responsible way. We worked with Staff and Trustees to develop a comprehensive engagement strategy that includes face-to-face and online engagement of the public, education, community partners and other stakeholders as part of long-range facilities master planning. 

District of West Vancouver - Cultural Facilities Study 2005 - 2006

In conjunction with Aldrich Pears Associates, Commonwealth Historic Resource Management, and Hotson Bakker Boniface Haden Architects, our firm conducted stakeholder research and interviews, facilitated workshops and open houses with stakeholders and potential partners as part of a cultural facilities study to develop an art, cultural and heritage precinct on the waterfront in West Vancouver.
