Trustees need to make a decision on which schools to close to ensure facilities are used in an effective and fiscally responsible way. We worked with Staff and Trustees to develop a comprehensive engagement strategy that includes face-to-face and online engagement of the public, education, community partners and other stakeholders as part of long-range facilities master planning.
Worked with Staff and Trustees to develop a community engagement strategy and to facilitate a Local Government meeting, an Open House, and four public dialogues to inform land management decisions and long term facilities planning.
