Indigenous Peoples and civil society play a critical role in developing understanding, developing policy and processes. We work with a variety of Indigenous Peoples throughout British Columbia through projects in the private and public sector. In addition we continue to work with agencies and organizations including:
Uchucklesaht Tribe Government, 2024
Facilitated strategic planning with Hereditary Chief, elected Chief, Councilors, and administration.
Tla-o-qui-aht Nation, Economic Development Corporation, 2022
Facilitated strategic planning and risk analysis with Board of Directors and senior staff to develop three year economic development plan for the Nation.
Tla-o-qui-aht Nation, Tin Wis Resort, 2022
Facilitated strategic planning to define vision, mission, goals and strategic priorities for the Tin Wis Resort, an Indigenous owner and operated property.
Urban Indigenous Youth and Educational Strategy, 2019
Facilitated planning process for the Urban Native Youth Association (UNYA), Native Education College (NEC) and Nicola Valley Institute of Technology (NVIT) to identify a vision for collaboration, with supportive stakeholders including BC Ministry of Advanced Education, BC Housing, City of Vancouver, Indigenous Services Canada and Partnerships BC.
Interim First Nations Health Authority, 2013
One day workshop facilitation for the development of regional structures and policies to implement new First Nations health planning accords as per federal and provincial mandates.
Tripartite Management Team, 2012
Facilitated planning for the Tripartite Management Team comprised of Federal and Provincial Government and First Nations representatives that are responsible for the Health Actions Strategy Councils implementing the Transformative Change Accord, FN Health Plan and the Tripartite FN Health Plan.
Interim First Nations Health Authority, 2012
Facilitated planning session with management staff from across British Columbia to develop Health Actions communications and engagement pathway for implementing First Nations health policy.
Mt Currie Band, Lil'wat Nation - Elders and Council Gathering, 2011
Facilitated a discussion between Council and Elders about issues relating to the development of a Housing and Gathering facility.
Mt Currie Band, Lil'wat Nation - Health Care Centre, 2011
Facilitated two Community Health Care Gatherings to get input and foster constructive dialogue amongst the community about key health issues as the community moves towards development of its ten year health plan. The second community gathering focused on getting input on the draft ten-year health plan.
Mt Currie Band, Lil'wat Nation - Community Forum, 2010
Facilitated the Lil'wat Winds of Change celebration to launch drug and alcohol awareness week. The process engaged Mt. Currie children, youth, parents, and elders in identifying actions they can take as individuals, families, and a community to address drug and alcohol issues in the year ahead.

Squamish Nation - Symposium Development with the District of West Vancouver, 2006
Facilitation of a one day think tank workshop between the Squamish Nation and the District of West Vancouver to plan the Sculptural Symposium.
