Our firm managed process design and stakeholder facilitation between private and public sector partners to develop a proposal for a hydrogen village at the University of British Columbia. We worked to facilitate collaboration between University researchers, Fuel Cells Canada, National Research Council, BOC Canada, Westport Innovations, Hydrogenics, and Green Light Technologies securing funding through Industry Canada's h2 Early Adopters technology partnership program.  A second facilitation contract explored commercial opportunities between the University, the National Research Council and BC Hydro's hydrogen division.
