Worked with NVSD Staff and Trustees to develop a community engagement strategy and to facilitate Workshops, Open Houses, and Public Meetings. The purpose was to engage citizens, students, parents, the District and City of North Van staff and Council, the North Vancouver Recreation Commission and other stakeholders to discuss issues and concerns and identify ideas and opportunities for eleven surplus school properties.
