Catherine Rockandel is a partnership planning practitioner. She works with organizations to help them leverage capabilities and to identify shared values and coincidental interests that create opportunities for mutual success. She has experience creating partnership visions, defining partnership programs and building agreements that support implementation. She has undertaken partnership research and planning for feasibility and vision studies, interpretative and master planning processes, industry and community strategy development.
