Industry Canada needed a strategic partnership framework to assist small and medium sized companies to competitively differentiate and market themselves. We designed a program that met Industry Canada's objectives and gave business the tools they needed to grow.
Kellogg Canada
Kellogg Canada was launching a new consumer food product. They wanted a unique program that would support and promote the nutritional nature of its products. The program we designed involved a trusted community group and nutritional professionals providing needed services for families.
Knowledge Network
is British Columbia's educational broadcast service. Over the past few years, the economic environment has created a challenging financial situation for the Network. We developed a partnership model and applied a methodology that generated a significant increase in development revenue.
The Canadian Institute of the Arts for Young Audiences
has over twenty years experience in presenting successful children's programs, including the Vancouver International Children's Festival. Faced with increasing competition for resources, they contracted Rockandel & Associates to design and implement a partnership program that would build relationships and generate revenue. These programs won the Vancouver Board of Trade Business and the Arts Innovative Joint Venture Award three years running.
BC Housing
Rockandel & Associates is part of the team that developed Affordable Housing Week 2000 and 2001. The initiative won two awards, a Canadian Public Relations Society's (CPRS) National Award in the Special Events category, presented in June 2001 in Whistler. As well as an International Communications Award, the Gold Quill, presented in June 2001 in New York, from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) in the category of Special Events.
The Power of People
Rockandel & Associates provided partnership development expertise for the series The Power of People: Building Stronger Communities. This strategic partnership between the Province of BC, Government of Canada and Knowledge Network supported the development of an informative four- part television series that examines the social and economic pressures that affect communities throughout BC. It illustrates how individuals can work together to turn uncertainty and challenge into prosperity.
The Whistler Centre for Business & Arts
The Whistler Centre for Business & Arts presented programs on aboriginal governance, land claims, public consultation, shared decision making, multi-party mediation, and social costing. Involving key stakeholders in program design, development and sponsorship, resulted in the delivery of relevant training and cost recovery.
